Properties
In the carbon steel for CD bar -----S20C and S45C ,all technical values as well as surface quality are guarantee through various process control methods in steel making and rolling such as the strenghening of the hot-steel purifying function of LF , strictly control of overheading in the tundish , high pressuer descaling and strictly control of cooling and rolling and so on .
Application
S20C and S45C are mainly used in the production of CD bar , i.e. cold drawing bar ,with the application in automobile in drives and transmission , suspension , brake and steering facility , in motorcycle in shock-absorber ,home application , aerocraft , bearing etc .
CD bar has the shape of round , hexagonal , square and special shape ,which features higher surface brightness , straightness and dimensional accuracy.
