Properties
30MnTiB features good surface quality , low inclusion content , high purity , small line segregation and fluctuation , stable mechanica; properties and fine grain size etc .
Application
30MnTiSiB is mainly used for the production of pre-stressed concrete bar (PC bar, also know as pre-stressed bar or tubular pile wire ) ,which is of medium class in strength among other pre-stressed steels .It features high tenacity , low slackness , good upsettting ability , material saving , and so on , which is widely used in pre-stressed structure such as concrete tubular pile ,viaduct pier , rail sleeper etc .
The developed grades for PC bar by now is 30MnSiB, 30MbSi and 35Si .
