Hard wire is normally refered to quality carbon structural steel wire rod with high carbon content , grades of which are mainly 45££, 55££, 60££, 65££, and 70££. Hard wire has a high sorbitizing rate and has the feature of good surface quality , stable thoughwire properties , low content of inclusions and moderate grain size .

Production can be arranged according to clients¡¯ requirement on chemical content and properties .This grade has the feature of high sorbitizing rate , low content of inclusion and oxygen and nitrogen , contant through-wire tensile strenght ,good plasticity and ductility .
Application
45££ is mainly used in the production of galvanized cement nail , ***nking , pneumatic collated nails and various collated nails etc . 42A ,62A ,55££ 60££ and 65££ are mainly used in the production of wire rope , steel strand and various springs . 70££, 72A are mainly used in the production of carbon
structional steel , rubber tuber steel wire ,tyre steel wire , wire rope , steel ¨Ccore aluminum strand etc . as can meet the requirement of metalwork industry .
SWRH77B and 82B are mainly used in the production of high strength and and low slackness pre-sressed plain wire , scratched wire ,female thread wire and steel strand ,which are widely used in rail sleeper , highway , bridge , fiy-over bridge , large cement pipe , high aseismatic buildinge etc.
